Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

At Suchend, operated by IRAJ AND COMPANY, a proprietorship owned by DILPREET SINGH, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as one of the payment options for eligible orders and locations.

1. COD Availability

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products, orders, and delivery locations.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, order value, product availability, courier service, or other operational factors.

If COD is available for an order, the option will be displayed during checkout.

2. COD Charges

Any applicable COD or additional payment-related charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.

The customer will be responsible for the total amount displayed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment at Delivery

For COD orders, the applicable order amount must be paid at the time of delivery to the authorised delivery partner.

Customers should ensure that the required amount is available when the order is delivered.

The order will be handed over subject to successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation

COD orders may be subject to order verification or confirmation before dispatch.

We may contact the customer through the registered mobile number or other contact details provided during checkout to verify the order.

If the customer cannot be reached or the order information cannot be reasonably verified, we may cancel the order before dispatch.

5. COD Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a COD order at any time before the order is dispatched.

Once a COD order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.

Since payment has not been collected for a COD order before delivery, no refund will generally be applicable for an order cancelled before dispatch.

6. Refusal or Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to accept COD orders that they have placed and confirmed.

An order may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons including:

Customer refusing to accept the order.
Customer being unavailable to receive the order.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Other circumstances attributable to the recipient.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect the availability of COD payment options for future orders.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds for COD Orders

COD orders are subject to the same applicable Return & Refund Policy as other orders.

For an approved return or refund of a COD order, the refund will be processed through bank transfer or UPI, subject to verification and approval under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank or UPI details for processing an approved COD refund.

8. Product Delivery and Inspection

Customers should check the package and product condition at the time of delivery wherever reasonably possible.

Any issue relating to a damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise eligible product should be reported within the applicable return/exchange period and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

An unboxing video may be required for verification of damage, wrong product, missing items, or other delivery-related claims.

9. Changes to COD Availability

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue COD availability for particular products, locations, customers, or orders where reasonably necessary due to operational, logistical, security, or other business considerations.
